Your Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
Returns Process
To return an item:
- Contact us at support@superunlimited.shop within 14 days of receipt
- We'll provide you with return instructions and a returns authorisation number
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Send the item back to us within 14 days of notifying us
Return Conditions
Items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@superunlimited.shop with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
- Hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened
